Mostly online, did all the questionnaire prior to the meeting, and just on-boarding session face to face, very straight forward, Robert went through all the steps with me, friendly staff, Robert in Guildford helped me loads. Great employee.

Very straight forward, no issues. They take you on a quick ride around and check you are a competent cyclist. No difficult questions. Do have to pay for your own kit though.

Kantoor werd laten zien, terwijl we in groepjes rondgeleid werden, uitleg, weinig vragen hoeven beantwoorden. Instructie over hoe de app te gebruiken, we kregen jassen, tassen, etc. Prettige ervaring. We kregen toendertijd nog wel gewoon per uur betaald, weet niet hoe dat nu is.
