First, we start introduce our pair about their name, age, previous job and others. Next, we play sports and create a new sports with the things they provide. Next, act like a real staff at decathlon. And the last one is personal interview with them.

Phone Interview and Face-to-face Interview. After I submitted my CV, I received a phone interview on the next day. And the next 2 days, I was sent an email to announce that I was land the interview. I was interview by 3 manager, they was kindly and professional. During the end of the interview, I asked them some questions and they were so excited. That's all! And I got the offer just after 22 hours later.
