I had one screening interview where I just presented myself and learned more about how things are organized at Decathlon. The recruiter told me he'll get back to me in a few days. 2 weeks later I still hadn't heard from him. It made me have a bad opinion of the company and I will not apply again to work there in the future. In comparison, in those same two weeks I did a full cycle of 4 interviews + a technical test for another company and got a job offer. Treat your candidates better in the future.
