Good interview process to share. exchange with leaders and understand the needs of the company. wishes to be a full time soon. i love it, not bad, recommended. not easy not hard
Standard interview questions. Would be great if candidates are passionate about sports. Questions on how you fit in with the company values. Follow up on external commitments, flexibility to working on both weekends etc

Easy and fast - depending on location.
Do not apply through website. Try to find someone who is working inside and ask them to contact the manager for vacancies. Two different interviews usually unless there is an urgency.
