Interview
It was a weekend walk-in drive at Ahmedabad on Saturday.
1. There was aptitude for general Intelligence with 40 questions to be solved in 15 minutes with 0.25 negative containing quant, reasoning and verbal.
2. Then in quantitive aptitude, there were 20 questions in 30 minutes with 0.5 negative marking good questions.
3. The third test was a technical in which there were 3 programs and 12 mcqs of easy to medium diffculty.
Those who were selected had Technical interview followed by HR interview.

Interview
I was called for interview Java developer portfolio. The location was Hinjewadi Pune.
Instead of the interview they took aptitude and general knowledge test . They also took MCQ Test on Java.
They wasted my time. I travelled all the way from Mumbai to Pune for the interview.
They took 3-4 hrs for the test. It was Pen and Paper highly unprofessional. The question paper was from campus recruitment that too of 2-3 years ago.
Please don't believe they are calling you for an interview. They will treat you as a fresher and humiliate you.
There was no interaction with any employee. Only interaction I had was with the peon. Disgusting Company and culture.
Please don't apply. Apply only if you are desperately looking for job.

Interview
Hiring process of Dassault Systems is very hectic. It consists of total 5 rounds.
1) Aptitude
2) Technical Aptitude (Difficult compare to first round)
3) Technical Test (MCQs + 3 Java Programs)
4) Technical Interview
5) Technical Interview with Manager
My experience was good till 4th round, after that one guy came to take last interview round. He asked such personal questions, which he should not. He is showing the attitude that he knows everything. After that he wrote selected on my resume and showed me the same (He should not tell candidate what is his decision). After one week I asked one of my friend in Dassault regarding status of my application, he said that I rejected from last technical round. In short he was trying to be very smart in front of candidate and rejected afterwards. (Moral: Do not join the company, they are not professional at all. You should not ask personal questions to candidate and please behave professionally at least while taking the interview)
