Interview
The interview process consisted of an initial phone screen followed by two online technical interviews. Throughout the entire process, every interviewer was transparent about what the position would entail and wanted to know what my short and long-term career goals were. This was refreshing as it felt like DLL was focused on making sure this would be a mutually beneficial fit. The technical interviews consisted of code-alongs and both interviewers were patient and easy to understand, making the experience pretty stress-free.
