DLL Collections Specialist interview questions

The interview was relaxed and casual, and there was an easy discussion with two managers for company expectations and employee roles. The interview process was in a round-table format, and it ended with an open discussion and conversation with potential management on any questions I might have as a potential employee, which were answered honestly and with integrity.
