DHL Regional Operations Manager interview questions

Excellent interview, previous work experience, on the job situations - and how to handle them, great atmosphere during the 2 hour interview. Had to find a solution to a real business case, but the Customer was a fictional name - very nice move. Preparation for this was 90 minutes, and after drafting the solution, I had to present my findings, the actions to improve the findings in front of the Senior Management Team, and wrap up the meeting. I used all my previous skills, knowledge and techniques to close the exercise. Very different approach. Excellent experience.
