Question 1
What position would you like to have from the ones offered.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Cummins (Houston, TX) in Apr 2022
Interview
It was a mess from the start. Red flags that I should have payed closer attention to. Long periods of no communication along with positive feedback from certain interview panel members along the way. I had a total of 7 call/interviews for this title which was really odd but I felt confident with each interveiw so I accomdated. I really think the interview process should be no more than a total of 4 interviews ever... Please know what you want from your candidates prior to putting them through the ringer...and also be more respective of people's times especially when all you are going to end up doing is send a canned response at the end. I'm glad I didn't end up having to make any decision because 4 months after the initial conversation and still no decision...yeah more red flags...Also they initiated the request for me to apply which is super interesting. Don't be fooled by employers asking you to apply without a solid reason they feel you are a good fit and if they end up switching the title don't hesitate to stop drop and roll on out of there....
It was two rounds - one on campus and one on site. The people are very friendly to talk to. HR was friendly. The only down side is that we had to get up very early in the morning to take the bus to the office.
