Applied through the career fair at my university. Received a phone call about three weeks later to come to campus for an aptitude test. The test consisted of verbal reasoning, numerical reasoning and a technical test in my engineering discipline. About a month later, received a call to schedule a telephone interview.

Applied Online, Process took 3 months to get a call, had a call with a recruiter which asked all the basic behavioral questions and i think i responded all fine. He said he will get back to me, but in reality they never did. Company does'nt have any courtesy to reach out even if there is a denial. Waited more than a month, as it was my dream job, followed up with the recruiter but no luck. Too arrogant and rude people.
