Cummins interview questions

There were 2 employee's interviewing me for the IT Intern Position. Most of the questions were behavioral and about the company. There were no technical questions asked. They also asked questions regarding my resume.

Very straightforward process. The HR can be a little bit slow depending on the current applicant load, so be patient. The process took about a month to complete. 2 rounds of interview, first by the recruiter, then by a panel of 3. Both by Zoom. The interview with the recruiter was a breeze. They are essentially looking to assess your overall fit in the organization while asking to describe your experiences that you have listed on your resume. The second round of interview with the panel was a little tricky. Without giving away too much, the key is to know the mission, vision, and values of the firm, and to incorporate them into your personal experiences. Good luck.
