Was asked for an interview after meeting them at a career fair at my university. The interview process was quite smooth although it was handled via my university and we chatted for about 15 minutes about my background, interests. There was one main question from them that completed the interview

Interview
I was "interviewed" through a co-op. The co-op was obtained through school recruiting networking. Co-ops are in some ways placed at lower priority than interns when it comes to what they are able to "interview" for. Networking is huge since there is wide variation in rules and attitudes about hiring and interviewing especially given how fiscally conservative the company is.
