1st interview: on campus. general behavioral interview
2nd interview: onsite. They help the transportation, the breakfast and lunch, and meeting the leaders. Toured the engine factory and interviewed with managers. Throughout the interview people are really nice and down to earth. Nothing really difficult.

I was asked twice are you an accounting person who likes IT or an IT person who likes accounting. There is no right or wrong answer for this.

Interview
I was there for the first round on-campus interview for this position in IU, its 30 mins behavioral interview and two interviewees. One of them took the notes and the other one asked questions. The whole process is relaxing and easy.
