The process consisted of 3 interviews. The first with HR, and then 2 additional interviews with teams of 2-3 people each. The interviewers were both managers and individual contributors familiar with the job you are applying for.

Question 1
The interview questions were behavioral based. Be ready to talk about specific situations in your work history that required you to use a specific business skill (i.e. problem solving, organization, delivering results, multitasking), how you used that skill, and what the outcome of the situation was. Know your 3 strengths and be prepared to give examples of how you've used those strengths in the past.
