Conduent Network Administrator interview questions

Initial phone interview with recruiter was good and professional. The recruiter stated that as this was an entry-level position and could be trained up. The interview was the exact opposite. Team was wanting 5-7 years experience with held CCNA certification, the certification is understandable. Interview went poorly, ended up being degraded for 15 of the 20 minute interview. Suggest strong inter-department training and communication to clear future candidate issues.
