The hr call, email, medical check up, interest, reference. The hr ask about two referees, name, email, company, and phone number, ID, passport, and any qualification. I didn't have Australian qualifications but still I attach my overseas qualifications.
It was very easy and laid back. They asked why I wanted to work with Compass Group and also asked about my availability. They also asked if I was willing to relocate.

my interview process was really laid back, staff were really nice basically just explained the job and asked questions about my availability and uniform. it was a really easy process.
I got the call over the phone, which made me realize that I was in for a wild ride. The interview process was a brief run down of what's going on, what to expect, etc.
