phone was straightfroward in person was with the director and the manager i would be working with it was not stressful and was a nice converstation

Was scheduled for an interview in person. Went over only relative experience I had as a manager previously and scenarios in regards to customer service in the hospitality industry. Was a relatively easy interview, no hard questions only looked for general experience and situation based solutions

The interview process is really straight forward and easy. People are really friendly. Be prepared to about your qualifications and experience. You will be asked for occasions on work sight and how you solve them.

The interview was fairly straightforward, not too stressful. The interviewer asked a few situational questions and seemed more interested in personality fit than technical expertise. Overall, it was okay, not overly difficult.
