Selection process consists of two rounds, as below:
Round 1: Written test (General Aptitude and computer Programming questions)
Round 2: Shortlisted candidates from written test appear for technical and hr level interviews. Interview usually takes about half an hour to one hour, depending up on the situations an requirement. Not difficult to crack for good candidates.

Apart from technical questions, a business case study was given. It was related to strategic and analytic decision.

Interview
Campus hiring included a written test that had aptitude test covering quantitative and verbal reasoning. They were all multiple choice questions. After this, based on a cutoff, candidates moved to Group discussion round where people were asked to talk independently on a simple common topic. Then the interview took place which is divided into multiple panels.

Nothing like that. Common questions regarding computers were asked as i am from mechanical stream.Communication skills were tested .Presence of mind is must.
