I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Cognizant (Berlin) in Sep 2019
Interview
The recruitment process lasted about a month and was composed of 3 steps:
1 - A talk with an HR guy (it honestly felt like a discussion)
2 - A small online programming test. Basic OOP, Java, and stuff like that. Quite limited in time so you must be focused but at your ease.
3 - A technical interview with the technical lead
All in all everyone during the recruitment process was very nice to me.
