First, Screening call: the HR simply walked you thru the interview process and schedule the next round of interview - mini-case. I haven't done the mini case yet. Mini case, just search online for potential cases and prepare for it.
The interview process was smooth, professional, and welcoming. Communication was clear, questions were thoughtful, and the team created a comfortable environment that made it easy to showcase my skills and experience.

HR screen then received Code Signal Assessment. Assessment had 4 questions to be completed within an hour. First two were LC easy. Third question was a matrix one with tedious operations (LC medium). Fourth one was using substrings to see if it matched desired string output (either LC medium or hard). After passing the assessment, you move on to Power Day, which is 4 1-hour long interviews: case study, behavioral, sys design, tech. I am still undergoing Power Day
