I applied through college or university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Capgemini (Bengaluru) in Oct 2020
Interview
It was easy. Asked about the projects which we worked on and multiple questions regarding that.(Make sure you know properly about your project) Followed by HR Interview where few questions were asked which was quite general.
30 min overall info session with fellow interviewees, 1 recruiter (most likely the one that you've been communicating with) and 1 (seems like entry level) employee then 3 hour long interview (1 hour 1:1 interviews back to back with 3 different people wth different positions and levels in the company)
1 of the interviewer was really nice (the 3rd one). The 1st one seemed bored and uninterested the whole time and left before time. The 2nd one seemed slightly pissed off for some reason and was quite rude and snarky.

Question 1
No technical questions, just behavioral. I think they have a list of questions they are forced to ask. All three interviewers had the list of the same questions and picked what they want to ask from there.
I applied through college or university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Capgemini (Columbia, SC) in Apr 2019
Interview
I interviewed with this company quite a while back, and it was a pretty well thought out process interviewing many candidates at one time. There was a behavioral, general, and case interview each with three different interviewers. They held a networking event for the candidates to get to know each other and the interviewers, which was pretty fun and covered the costs of travel and lodging.
