I applied through college or university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Capgemini (Mumbai) in Oct 2013
Interview
Eligibility 55%.Mass recruiter.Campus.round1 was aptitude.Sectional cutoff present.english and logic were easy.quants was difficult.R.s agarwal will help you clear it.round2 was group discussion.very basic topics like indian univ vs foreign.round3 was personal interview.Pure HR questions.not a single technical question.Depends on their mood.and your marks. If they liked you ur in,else ur out.So dont raise your hopes if you are under 60% You have to be really awesome and impressive to get selected on the basis of HR questions. And possibly you might work in another department such as marketing instead of developer/coder. which is cool.Maybe.And those above 60%, you can breathe a sigh of relief but that doesnt mean you chicken out.and screw up your golden opportunity.Yes,and dont forget to pray to the Almighty because that counts a lot. in this case.Pray for a good interviewer.thats all i wana say.so good luck amigos!do well.
The interviewers were professional and friendly. The questions were mostly based on my resume, project experience, Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, and problem-solving skills. The entire process was completed within a few weeks, and communication from the recruitment team was timely.
