J'ai été contacté via LinkedIn ce qui a abouti à un entretien.
Il n'y a pas eu de communication entre la personne qui m'a contacté et celle qui m'a reçu .
L'entretien dans des locaux vieillot était formel mais ennuyeux .
Ils semblent appliquer les méthodes agiles mais à leur façon . Probablement pour faire plaisir mais sans avoir compris l'énorme apport de ces méthodes.
J'ai finalement demandé le premier pourquoi je viendrait travailler chez eux (et oui : génération Y!).
Réponse pas du très attirante : "capgemini fourni un environnement très structuré"...
C'est tout ? Bon....

I participated in three interviews: First interview with RH person, second interview with the manager (owner position), and third with the technical lead, but I didn't receive any feedback. I sent message to RH and it was not answered.

Interview
Three stages, HR verification call that was about 30 minutes + long technical and behavioural validation - lots of technical, conceptual questions related to the position (2hrs) + presentation that I needed to prepare and present (1hr). Took a lot of time in between the stages. Overall the staff was friendly.
Very streamlined process and even they are willing to adjust your start date as needed. Start from the interview process to first day they are well organized , very open and friendly
