My Process Lead interview involved resume screening, HR discussion, technical round assessing process knowledge, scenario-based problem solving, managerial evaluation for leadership skills, and final round confirming cultural fit before shortlisting for the role.

Evrything went well. Did not have much rounds. Firstly had to clear the screening round and the clear the mangerial round. Interview questions were relevant to the job description. The overall interview process was smooth.
I truly appreciate the support from both the hiring and onboarding HR teams. My interview with the manager was also a very good experience. Overall, the complete hiring process was smooth and pleasant.
