Capgemini Financial Controller interview questions

The atmosphere during the interview was incredibly calm and quiet, which allowed me to focus fully on the conversation. I genuinely enjoyed the entire interview process, as it felt organized and supportive. I believe that this environment can be very helpful for others as well, providing them with the opportunity to express themselves comfortably and showcase their abilities effectively.

Process went smoothly, 2-step process with a recruiter and then directly with a manager. All conversations were dealt profesionally, there were an excel task to be acomplished before second part of the interview process and then it was rated by the manager. After 2 weeks of waiting I have received an offer.
