Basic technical question for support project, cloud computing, transmission protocols, family background, checking English fluency, interviewer was good, college project internship, expectations. Provided support project with rotational shifts which included night shifts, training involves soft skill sessions, with extra activities as preparing news reading video to send after shift, and prepare for next day as well both soft skill and technical session have to manage and also send video after working time.
Applied online on the company jobs portal. HR reached out offering an interview within two weeks. Had two virtual interviews. the first with the hiring manager and the second with the hiring manager and another senior member of staff around a week later.
