Mi hanno contattato due settimane dopo aver mandato la candidatura. Primo colloquio con il team, domande tecniche e personali, oltre che di natura motivazionale. Una settimana dopo ho sostenuto un colloquio conoscitivo con i senior. Una settimana dopo ancora un altro con le risorse umane. Ho apprezzato la trasparenza e la chiarezza, ma è stato un processo relativamente lungo.
Very motivation based, few technicals. Would recommend learning about the culture of the bank as it's owned by farmers + has a non-conventional ownership structure. Otherwise, great process, everyone was very friendly.

I recently had a call with a recruiter that served as a vibe check to understand my background, interests, and alignment with the company culture. Overall, the discussion was engaging and provided me with a clear understanding of the recruitment timeline and expectations.
Short - not too long , basic introductory ask you what field you want to go into and why that company get given more info on the process and what to expect next , give you a timeline of the next steps and are asked to pick the length of internship
