Interview consisted of phone screen followed by an in-person series of interviews in their NYC HQ. They had me fill out some paperwork that was not mentioned beforehand when I arrived which took time. Then, at the end of the interviews, I was told I would receive follow up within a week's time. I did not hear back at all until I reach out to the recruiter and was told I did not get the position. No feedback was provided either.

The recruiter was very informative, encouraging, and personable. You don't typically get this at top banks in New York. Overall, the interview process was straightforward. The hiring manager took the time to get to know me. The final interview was in person which was nice. The people were very welcoming.
