Applied through Linkedln, had a Zoom interview after a week or two with a Senior IT Engineer. They told me I am a great candidate but they don't have any headcounts to hire new people.

Interview
I sent my resume through LinkedIn and was contacted by a recruiter about 15/20 days later a recruiter sent me an SMS telling me that they'd liked my profile and wanted to speak to me for a different position that wasn't open yet (Senior Operations Manager for a new app). I said 'ok' and got an e-mail invite to a video chat the day after.
The first interview was with a local manager, 45 minutes. She asked me about my background and experience. She was very nice and honest about the position, seemed very interested in everything I had to say.
The second was 3 days after, again in video, with a Sr. Manager from China. She was less talkative and all her questions very focused on the position, again, asked about my previous experience and that was it. I spoke to her for about 30 minutes.
Again, three days later, I had a new interview with a director in China. Way more serious than the other two, but very focused on what I would do if I was hired, how would I grow the product, how would I work with retention etc.
Then I never heard of them again. :(
I was expecting at least a feedback at this point, but I guess it's normal when they don't give you one.

Interview
Three rounds of phone/video interviews. The first was with an HR/recruiting representative. The second and third were both with individuals from the policy division—both were about 45 minutes long. Everyone was very nice and easy to talk to...it didn’t feel like a stressful interview.
