ByteDance interview questions

I applied through the company's website. A few days later, HR #1 got back to me asking for my availabilities for an interview and some writing samples from my past work. I sent her a few writing samples. Then I was approached by HR#2 saying that she'll manage the hiring process from now on and asked for a marketing deck for one of their clients. I created a deck I worked on for a while and sent her back. No response for a week. Then I asked her for feedback and she replied saying she apologizes for not sharing feedback and that they want to slow down the hiring process. Okay... I figured it's a weird way of rejection. A day later, I received another email from her, presenting me to HR#3, who is supposed to take care of the hiring process. At this step, I decided not to proceed.
