These were the "pre-screening" self-interview questions I received. Each question had one minute of prep time and 3 minutes to record a response with a chance to have a break between questions.

(Questions are somewhat summarized) 1. Describe a time you had to adapt to a complex environment. 2. A time you overcame a challenge in your professional/educational career. 3. A time you were faced with a problematic teammate and how you handled it. 4. A time you had to adhere to a new/different set of rules. 5. A time you had to learn a new skill to complete a task.

Behavioral Interview. Usually 4-6 questions, use STAR method to answer. Looking for quality of character, some positions will ask position specific technical questions. Roughly takes about 30 minutes to an hour

Start off with small talk and then interview on you as a person. Then they start on the experiences you have had done before that can help explain your fit.
