A complete waste of time! They basically do a structured interview even for technical positions, so even if you have semi-decent communication skills, you can get through. Don't be fooled when they ask for your documents or payslips after clearing all rounds, this guarantees nothing on the job front. The HRs are slow and simply ineffective. They sort of vanish after collecting your documents without bothering to provide any useful information. With this lack of professionalism and un-intuitive hiring process, I wonder how rapidly their brand name is going to suffer. The hiring process is a farce, don't expect anything at any point to save some disappointment.

Question 1
Structured Interview - doesn't need much preparation
The interview was held via telephone in first round and on skype in the second round. Nothing too tough. You may need some preparation for structured interview but even that is manageable. The real problem lies after the interview - the wait and follow-ups with the recruiter is time-consuming. I was asked to send the documents but even after two months no response. One sincere advice to the HR is to let the candidate know if it's going to take time or if they will not take the process ahead.
