Interview
Since I was a current employee, I applied for the position internal Boeing Enterprise Staffing System. If you apply from outside of Boeing, you will have to pass a drug test and background check after receiving the job offer. For submitting your resume, hit as many keywords as many times as possible to help your resume make it past the computer filter and on to hiring manager's desk. List things in such a way to grab their attention and have them locate relevant information of why you're qualified for the position quickly. The interviews are structured. They ask every candidate the exact same line of questions and can only ask specific probing questions. The very first question is the most open/ general question. This is where you get to give your "elevator speech" to quickly, concisely, and effectively describe why you are the best candidate for the position. Make sure to structure answers to all other questions in the Situation, Action, Result format and have multiple flexible examples to potential questions.
