Straightforward but a little unorganized. First with HR, then with a panel including the hiring manager. Some of the panel interviewers missed the interview so I had to do individual interviews one by one.

Question 1
Describe a time when you struggled at work and how to resolved it.
I applied online. The process took 5 months. I interviewed at Boeing (Los Angeles, CA)
Interview
Virtual questionnaire, no real person interviewing, just talking to your computer. Regular "tell me about a time you xxxxx" questions. Then some iphone-esque games to "gauge" intelligence and problem solving. Then a couple questions about who you are as a person. "what picture is more important to you?" type questions. I heard nothing for months (maybe 4) and then received an automated rejection letter.

Question 1
Tell me about a time when you had to settle a problem with a coworker and what was the outcome?
The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Boeing (Everett, WA) in Nov 2022
Interview
It was a single WebEx interview. It was pretty much all behavioral, basically no technical questions. That said it was very easy, generally it seems like you do simple interviews here, the hard part is just making it through the filtering system.
