Video Interview over Teams. Then a face-to-face interview with several people in the talent management department. Over all not a bad experience. Company is going through hard times and having a hard time recruting

Called for a phone screen and then scheduled for 2 rounds of interviewing with the manager and the team. It was standard STAR/story telling questions. It was clear the manager was new to her role and not prepared to interview which l found shocking.

Contacted by recruiter. Interview was with 2 people at same time which was a little weird. Pretty straight fwd questions and too the point. Just not a fit for me.
