Interview
Phone panel interview, this was the most intimidating interview I have ever undertaken. The muted participants on the other end of the phone line made it very difficult to interpret live feedback during the interview.

Tell me about your experience as a manufacturing engineer.
Had longest form interview at career fair, then two more after. The career fair was the longest and just had to explain resume. The two after was with hr and then manager of engineering team.
I showed up, they didn't have cameras on, they talked about what they did, said they had to run, I asked if they had any questions, they asked what I like to do for fun...
I applied through college or university. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Boeing (Everett, WA) in Oct 2025

- Structured (Same 4 questions for everyone on the same day)
-Four - Five different workers from different departments including HR team member
* A little intimidating with all the typing but overall great listeners and great team to work with
