I applied through college or university. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Boeing (Pullman, WA) in Oct 2014
Interview
The interview was the STAR method. It seemed very straight forward. If you are not sure about the STAR method look it up. Overall the interviewer was very friendly and had great things to say about boeing. All the questions asked were situational or past experience. Overall it was an easy interview.
