An online interview through HireView. There were 5 questions for which you have to record answers, followed by 3 games. For each of the interview questions it was possible to re-record the answers twice.

What experience do you have that has prepared you for this job?
Had longest form interview at career fair, then two more after. The career fair was the longest and just had to explain resume. The two after was with hr and then manager of engineering team.
I showed up, they didn't have cameras on, they talked about what they did, said they had to run, I asked if they had any questions, they asked what I like to do for fun...
I applied through college or university. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Boeing (Everett, WA) in Oct 2025

* A little intimidating with all the typing but overall great listeners and great team to work with
