Interview
The first round was F2F and I was given a case study to prepare for the interview.
2 weeks later I received a call for the 2nd F2F round with the senior management.
I didn't get any feedback post the interview even after following up with them once. This definitely doesn't meet the stature and standards of the organization

In the first round they did not ask anything about he case study I worked hard upon but the interview was mostly around my experience and how I do things.
In-Person interview with multiple members of the team you would work with. Normal questions about the job and team for how you would fit in with them and see if you mesh with them.
