It was phone interview with 3 hiring managers. pretty straight forward. They said they would make decisions in week or two, and i heard back in 1 week with a phone call from HR and a follow up email with salary offer and such

They were all general workplace questions, how do you react in this situation, tell us about a time. those types of questions
Had longest form interview at career fair, then two more after. The career fair was the longest and just had to explain resume. The two after was with hr and then manager of engineering team.
I showed up, they didn't have cameras on, they talked about what they did, said they had to run, I asked if they had any questions, they asked what I like to do for fun...
I applied through college or university. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Boeing (Everett, WA) in Oct 2025

-Four - Five different workers from different departments including HR team member
* A little intimidating with all the typing but overall great listeners and great team to work with
