Was contacted by HR about 2 month after submitting resume. Interviewed with HR specialist first. Then I interviewed with 2 hiring managers. Had a very good experience. A few days after the interview, I was contacted to come back and interview with of members of the manager's staff.

Question 1
I had to explained my graduate research work in detail to the member of the engineering staff who was doing a similar work.
Had longest form interview at career fair, then two more after. The career fair was the longest and just had to explain resume. The two after was with hr and then manager of engineering team.
I showed up, they didn't have cameras on, they talked about what they did, said they had to run, I asked if they had any questions, they asked what I like to do for fun...
I applied through college or university. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Boeing (Everett, WA) in Oct 2025

- Structured (Same 4 questions for everyone on the same day)
-Four - Five different workers from different departments including HR team member
* A little intimidating with all the typing but overall great listeners and great team to work with
