Boeing Engineering interview questions

There was one phone interview with a recruiter and one interview with 3 people including the manager, and it was primarily behavioral/basic project questions. They asked about past experience, software skills, and what I was interested in, but no specific technical tasks.

Initial interviews with Boeing follow the "STAR" format regardless of what job you're applying for. It was general questions about soft skills such as communication and conflict resolution rather than anything technical.
