I applied online. The process took 4 months. I interviewed at Boeing
Interview
The process can be pretty long but its worth the while if you are sure this is the job for you. First there is a phone screening, then it will be a second interview which is narrowed down between 4 possible candidates. If you are chosen you will recieve an offer within a week or so.

Question 1
Tell us about time where you had to work with someone from a different background. How did you handle it and what were the results?
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Boeing (Seattle, WA) in Jan 2022
Interview
Overall, I had a positive interview experience with engaged interviewers and fair questions.
Round one - application plus two weeks - The first round of the interview consisted of a phone screen with the hiring manager and an engineer. They asked fair questions, relevant to the job description. Know the job description inside and out and you’ll be prepared. Also, be prepared to give your 5 minute “elevator pitch.”
Round two - application plus six weeks - The second round consisted of an hour long technical talk. This is fairly standard. The team asked good questions.
Round three - application plus seven weeks - The third round consisted of “standard Boeing questions.”
Offer - application plus eleven weeks - Even with a round of negotiation, the offer was well below my minimum salary requirements and well below what I would expect, given the Seattle area cost of living. The position was offered as a union position, with a less competitive 401(k) match than direct Boeing employees and not much PTO. The position was bonus-eligible, but you can’t rely on that, especially in a year like 2020. I did not accept.

Question 1
Round 1: Get to know you. Talk about your experience, why you're applying, give your elevator pitch, know your resume well.
Round 2: Technical talk with technical questions.
Round 3: STAR questions that were very specific to the job description. Tell me about a time you had to ...(job responsibility pulled directly from the job description.)
SMART stuff only. Not much technical depth. Overall pretty routine. Bring examples from previous work experiences, follow the boilerplate, you’ll be fine. 30 words, really? I think people get the point by now.
