I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Boeing
Interview
Pretty straightforward interview process. Two phone screens then a technical interview with engineers.
Received call extending an offer the following week, telling me they'd deliver paperwork soon. I expressed my interest and excitement to join.
Was ghosted shortly after, no phone call or emails. Only indication I was rejected for the position was to check the status on the company website. Extremely unprofessional way for this process to end.

I applied online. The process took 4 months. I interviewed at Boeing (Saint Louis, MO) in Apr 2016
Interview
Applied online. Phone interview was scheduled due to my resume likely having important key words the program highlights. Phone interview was all typical behavioral questions. Flown out for an onsite interview. No technical questions, just getting to know the company and different divisions. Was told they were very interested after done. They did not contact me for several weeks and so I contacted the hiring manager asking if they were still interested. They said they were and then a few months later said their needs had changed and I was no longer considered for the job.
