The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Bloomberg
Interview
Applied online and was rejected one day after. I was told it was because of their new personality testing where I did not meet the best personality for the job... seems very corporate where employees are treated as a predictable robot. The personality test was incredibly odd as it is very easy to just choose what you think the employer wants and does not really reflect your true personality. Very disappointing and very old-fashioned to be 2020.

I interviewed at Bloomberg (New York, NY) in Feb 2020
Interview
There is a video interview round, superday, then an interview with an Analytics manager. The superday was honestly everything described on here and that helped a lot. The final round interview with the Analytics manager was fairly difficult, with her showing me a part of the Bloomberg terminal on her screen and asking me to tell her what's on the screen.
I applied through college or university. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Bloomberg (Hong Kong)
Interview
I did through campus recruitment for summer intern, it is fairly easy and the whole process is smooth. Really like their company culture. Their recruiters are enthusiastic and friendly. They flied from Hong Kong to US for campus Recruiting. First, they have resume screening, and then group interview, and then 2 1-1 interviews.
