I applied online for the position of Software Engineer Intern in London. After a few days I received an Email with the confirmation that I had managed to get a phone interview and to choose day and time for the interview. During the interview I was given 2 problems to solve.

Write a function that stores URLs in chronological order and if a URL already exists then keep only the last one of the two.
Applied online. Invited for first round, on campus interview. 1 hour session with 2 engineers. Two coding questions: one medium and one hard. Very typical Leetcode questions. They asked me to describe any project on my resume, asked the two questions, and then asked if I had any questions.

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Bloomberg in Nov 2018
Interview
Applied through website for UK position.
Went through phone interview, two relatively easy questions. Interviewer was overall satisfied, and said they will get back to me quickly.
They did the same day, and confirmed i passed the interview and will have next round, and asked me if i needed Visa to attend on-site interview, and i answered.
After 7 days i received an email from HR saying they can't move forward and will have to cancel the upcoming interview, since they've already "extended" a lot of offers, and don't want to waste my time. Very very unprofessional. You don't just confirm something if you are unsure about it for any reason, never!
