The process is very drawn out. HR will contact you to schedule first round with a hiring manager. This may get canceled last minute. After the first round it may two to three weeks to schedule a second round with other team members and to meet with the recruiting HR rep.
Interviews are all over the place-- some managers take much more time to prepare for them than others do. And you may get someone put on the schedule last minute who hasn't even seen your resume yet.
