2x 30-minute online live interviews. Each with a member of relevant team (mine was Alternative Specialists). Options to hear more about the role and team, and general conversation about your motivation for BlackRock. First interview very positive, enjoyed the conversation and they felt helpful. Second interview felt more judgemental and more 'trick' questions.
