Round 1: Coding screening (~3 hours)/answering prerecorded questions.
Round 2: Video interview with Head Software Engineer demonstrating technical knowledge and coding on the spot.
Final Round: Flown to NY and 4 interviews (2 technical, 2 behavioral)

I applied foe the Fast track to fin-tech which consisted of an online application that had coding questions and a behavioral one. After that, it was a phone interview and then they invite you to the offices at San Fran. They took a very long time to get back to me and I had already accepted another offer by then.

Interview
It was 4 hours back-to-back interview on site. Overall, it was an enjoyable experience and felt like I learned a lot out of the interview. BlackRock also seems like a great place to work for.
