How would you assess where the real estate cycle sits across key Asian markets (Japan/Mainland China/India/SE Asia/Australia) over the next 12–24 months? Which asset types and country combinations do you favor, and why?
How do interest-rate and FX paths transmit into cap rates, bid pricing, and exit multiples? How does a strong USD show up in cross-border capital flows and pricing?
If you had $1B to deploy in Asia, outline your allocation (country × asset class × risk profile) in one sentence and justify the weights.
Too long, 5 rounds not including a recruiter screen and one panel interview with 2 people. Normal interviews but ridiculous process and the pay is not great for a trillion dollar company.
One online interview and three rounds of hirevue until an assessment centre in the offices and coding exam if applying to engineer roles in London. The interview was quite easy and straightforward; really happy with the results

1st round was online with 2 interviewers and 2nd round was in person with 2 other interviewers. Interview was to find out fit with the team. I was asked on financial knowledge as well as technical knowledge.
